Hi, I’m Taylor! Founder of True Sitters.

As a mom of 3 boys that I absolutely adore, finding sitters I felt comfortable leaving my boys with was a challenge, and once I did find someone, it seemed like they were never available when I needed them! This led to lots of headaches and stress when I had somewhere to be. I created True Sitters so other parents & guardians no longer have to deal with this. With us, you can find trustworthy, quality care available when you need them!

So, how does it work?

We get it- finding a sitter can be stressful! Maybe you have a list of trusted sitters you can text when you need someone, or you have a Facebook group you turn to. But, what happens when your trusted sitters are busy, or you don’t feel safe having someone random from Facebook take care of your children?

Thats where we come in.

Sign up.

Once you decide True Sitters is right for you, visit the “Sign Up” button in our menu. Fill out your information and submit it for review. We will review your information and approve you for a membership. Our service runs through an app or webpage (whichever you prefer), so we will help you get it all set up! You will input all your family information a sitter may need to know.

Sitter arrives.

Your sitter arrives with all the knowledge they need, due to you having all the information in the job description! You have more time to get to know your sitter before you leave, rather than briefing them on everything they need to know. Sitters are trained to give the upmost quality of care for your child, pet, or home, so you can work, or relax, in peace!

Get a sitter.

Need a sitter for Saturday at 7pm? Tuesday from 8am - 5pm? Perfect! Create a job request through your app or webpage and insert all the details for the job. Once you click submit, your job will be sent to our highest qualified (or your favorited) sitters for your specific job. Sitters can accept the job as quickly as a few minutes after you submit it!

Now, to pay.

At the end of the job, you will receive an invoice through your app or webpage. This will let you know if there are any expenses to reimburse your sitter for such as food, activities, etc.

Conveniently pay your bill online, and leave feedback on your sitter.
